Jim is an 18 year marketing professional who previously served as Vice President for Creative and Account Services for Response Development Corporation, a national direct marketing and interactive agency.

There, he oversaw a team of art directors, copy writers, account personnel and data specialists to craft campaigns for national consumer and nonprofit brands including L.A. Weightloss Centers, Dominoe's Pizza, Hair Cuttery, National Parkinson Foundationand the National Heart Foundation.

Now, at Trio, Jim puts uses his expertise at increasing customer and constituent loyalty and marries the disciplines of direct marketing and public relations to help his clients succeed.
